I had the most delightful stay at a hotel in Saas-Fee recently. The breakfast was mouthwateringly delicious and the staff who served us were incredibly hospitable. The location of the hotel was perfect, and they even provided a shuttle service to the train station, parking, and ski lifts. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The lobby had a wonderful ambiance and the views from the rooms were breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel.

I wanted a nice relaxing holiday in the fresh air of the Alps, but I was a bit worried about the weather. What to do if it rains every day? As it happened the weather was perfect and we were out in the mountains every day. This was why I chose a spacious, comfortable hotel with indoor facilities, to be an insurance against bad weather. We didn't need the luxury but we enjoyed it!

The dinner menu was rather unusual with a lack of choice.

The room was lovely and clean, the food excellent, the facilities as promised, the staff the most friendly we ever experienced. A hotel to be recommended.

The hotel was just perfect! Absolute comfort in the heart of Alps. Great personnel and breathtaking spa areas! Also the area of Saas-Fee village is charming and has great atmosphere. I asked the personnel for making a romantic atmosphere in the room one night and the result was beyond my expectations!

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. This place is conveniently located just off the main high street, close to the center of the village. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were always friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and even a sitting area. I also appreciated the dining options available, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the level of comfort and quality services provided at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is highly recommended for families.

Staff were excellent throughout, the breakfast and evening food was delicious and the spa facilities were excellent.

It is not clear that the evening meal is not included in the overall booking rate.

The reception on arrival was so warm and welcoming and continued throughout our stay. Very convenient to the small town. Comfort and food were both excellent.

I loved the stunning view of the mountains from my room. The hotel facilities were excellent and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just off the main high street and close to the center of the village.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich ideal, direkt in der Altstadt von Dubrovnik. Bars und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und man kann das lebhafte Treiben der Hauptflaniermeile Stradun genießen. Zudem waren die Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts! Besonders beeindruckend war das liebevolle und extrem hilfsbereite Personal. Sie erfüllten wirklich jeden Wunsch und organisierten alles, was wir brauchten. Auch das Frühstück, das auf das Zimmer serviert wurde, war köstlich und es gab eine gute Auswahl zur Verfügung.

Alles war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung.

The staff wasn't very helpful with our Christmas dinner reservations and the restaurant closed earlier than we expected. our room was quite cold and the heating system didn't seem to be working properly.
